In 2002 I trained as a Speedtext Operator with RNID and attained CACDP Level 2 Certificate in Electronic Notetaking for Deaf People, and the CACDP Certificate in Deaf Awareness. 

In 2010, after gaining experience in a variety of situations,  including higher education, business meetings, medical appointments and conferences,  I qualified at Level 3 with Signature (formerly known as CACDP).  

I am a Member of the Register of Level 3 Notetakers (Electronic) and hold a current Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certificate.

My freelance colleagues are situated throughout Scotland.
